Each year ICC Europe organises and runs a number of coaching academies with the aim of developing the most talented young cricketers in Europe at all age-group levels. A panel of elite level coaches from around Europe are invited to join the ICC Europe coaching team at each event thus providing players with a wealth of cricketing knowledge and experience.
