Kieran McMillan - Regional Development Manager

Kieran joined the ICC EAP in 2011 after four years as the Game Development Manager of Auckland Cricket. In his role with Auckland Cricket he was responsible for a diverse portfolio including participation initiatives, coach development programmes, grounds and facilities, women's cricket, tournaments and volunteer recognition programs. In this time he grew Auckland Cricket's playing numbers considerably. Prior to starting with the ICC Kieran had been exposed to a couple of the EAP member countries via Auckland Cricket's partnership with Samoa, and also a six week stint in Japan where he assisted the Japan Cricket Association develop an enhanced junior participation strategy.

Main Roles:

  • Supporting the operations, governance and administration of ICC EAP 10 member countries.
  • Managing the Regional Budget.
  • Growing Cricket through the EAP region including tournaments, player pathways and cricket education.

Tom Evans - Regional Development Officer

Evans joined ICC EAP in 2010 and has extensive experience in cricket, employed at Cricket Victoria for the past three years, most recently working as a Regional Cricket Manager for the Inner East Metro area. He already has some experience in the East Asia Pacific region, having travelled to Japan in 2009 as part of the State Province Partnership Agreement between ICC EAP, Cricket Victoria, Japan Cricket Association and Korea Cricket Association.

Adam Cassidy - Regional Project Officer

Adam joined ICC EAP in 2010 after working within sport, media and community development in Australia and Internationally since 2005. He has worked in the City of Casey assisting newly arrived migrants to set up their own community run events. Adam has also worked with Infostrada sports as a Venue News Service Manager at the 2008 Olympic Games, 2007 World Swimming Championships and 2006 Asian Games. He spent 18 months in Vanuatu working in Soccer under the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development Programme and whilst there played cricket with and against a large number of the current Vanuatu National.

Laura Piekarski - Member Support and Compliance Officer

Bob Parry - Umpires Manager

Bob joined the ICC EAP in 2011 and is the current Umpires Manager for Cricket Victoria. He made his Interstate umpiring debut in 1997 in a match between Victoria and the Canberra Comets. Five years later he umpired his first International match alongside Darrell Hair on the hallowed turf of the MCG in a match between Australia and New Zealand in front of almost 50,000 people.Since that time Parry has umpired International Twenty20 matches, ODI's,Test Matches as third umpire, Australian domestic one day matches including the 06/07 final and Sheffield Shield/Pura Cup matches including 4 finals. On top of this in his role with Cricket Victoria he currently oversees the training of more than 1,500 umpires.
