About WWC 2013

The ICC Women's World Cup 2013 will be staged in India. This will be the third time that India has hosted women's cricket's leading 50-over tournament.

India previously hosted the 1978 and 1997 editions of the tournament.

Apart from hosts India, England, Australia and New Zealand have already qualified for the tournament by virtue of being the top four teams at Women's World Cup 2009.

The other qualifiers for the tournament will be determined at the ICC Women's World Cup Qualifiers to be staged in late 2011.
