Pepsi ICC Development Programme Awards

Beyond cricket's traditional boundaries, in ICC's Associate and Affiliate Members, significant numbers of players, coaches, clubs and administrators work tirelessly to develop the game and make it accessible to more people.

In recognition of this fact, the Pepsi ICC Development Programme Annual Awards mark the efforts being made outside ICC's Full Members to improve overall standards of play and public interest in cricket.

With eligibility limited to the ICC's 95 Associate and Affiliate Members, these Awards - now in their eighth year - illustrate cricket's expanded reach and play an important role in sharing best practice.

The award winners in the eight categories announced on 28 February are:

• Best Overall Cricket Development Programme: Cricket Ireland
• Best Women's Cricket Initiative: Cricket Scotland
• Best Junior Cricket Initiative: Cricket PNG
• Best Cricket Promotion and Marketing Programme: Cricket Canada
• Best Spirit of Cricket Initiative: Japan Cricket Association
• Photo of the Year: Cricket PNG
• Volunteer of the Year: Aliya Bauer (Kenya)
• Lifetime Service Award: Kanaksi Khimji (Oman)
